The blue fitted jacket flares out from the waist and has light shoulder pads for a more structured fit, and three buttons, mock pockets, and attached white blouse cuffs and blouse-front. The long blue skirt has an elasticated waist for comfort and is in a lighter fabric than the jacket, giving it a better drape. This outfit also comes with a black felt hat with blue stone and black veil decoration. Please note, the hat comes folded within the costume packet and is quite basic. This is reflected in the price.
