• Each option is inflated with helium ready for collection from our premises in HA4.

• A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required when placing the order online. If you need it the same day please ring and try to speak to us (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email. This is the quickest way to get in contact with us.

• Please note that the earliest collection time for this set is 11.00 as hi-float is added to the latex balloons to ensure that they last 3 – 5 days or longer and this requires 2 hours to dry.

• Select “collection” on the check out page and then your required date and time of collection.Only available time slots will be displayed. A minimum of 1 hours notice is required for this product unless you have agreed with us in advance.If your required time of collection is not shown please contact us to check if we can do it at that time or leave a note on the check out page.

• Once we have seen and reviewed your order we will reply to confirm your collection date and time and provide full information on how to collect from us. Look out for an email from us called “Collection Information” and if you don’t see this after a couple of hours please check your junk and spam folder.
