• A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required when placing the order online. If you need it the same day please ring and try to speak to us (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email. We will still need a minimum of 2 hours to prepare the balloons (depending on the option selected).
• Each option is inflated with helium ready for collection from our premises in HA4.
• All options containing latex balloons need a minium of 2 hours for the hi-float to dry. Hi-float increases the life of latex balloons from 12 – 24 hours to 3 – 5 days or longer.
• This item cannot be postedfor collection only.
• Select the “Pick up” on the check out page rather than “shipping” to remove shipping costs. Let us know the date and approximate time you could like to collect your balloon/s in the notes section at check out or via email following your order. This is especially important if you require balloons at short notice.
• We offer collections up to 19.00 at night, 7 days a week
• We recommend collecting as close to the date/time required as possible.
• Once you have placed your order and it is ready for pick up you will receive details on how to collect and a contact mobile number.
