1kg Mix will produce a 8″ x 4″ high cake or 24 – 30 standard size cupcakes.
Directions:
- Place 1.00kg Bakels Buttacake mix, 0.250kg of egg (4x70g eggs) and 450ml of water into a mixing bowl.
- Blend for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down.
- Mix for 7-10 minutes on second speed.
- Deposit as required. Bake at 180C. Check after 45 minutes with a skewer and continue baking as required. For cupcakes, check after 18 minutes.Notes: Check your egg box for size. If baking a tray of cake or large speciality occasion cake, line the baking tray or tin with a layer of cardboard and bake on a lower temperature.
