1kg Mix will approximately fill a 8 inch (20.32cm) x 3 inch (7.62cm) round cake tin.
Ingredients: 1kg Bakels Choc Mud Mix, 0.270kgwater, 0.175kg eggs (3 eggs, check the size of eggs), 0.140kg vegetable oil, 1/2 tbsp of Choc Pettina PasteOR0.200kg chocolate
Directions:
- If using chocolate, gently melt chocolate and vegetable oil together and allow to cool.
- Mix cake mix, eggs and water on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down and add chocolate paste and oil OR chocolate and oil combination on medium speed for TWO minutes. Do not overmix.
- Bake at 180C. Test middle of cake with skewer and then allow to cool if done.
