If you need it the same day please call us on 020 8400 0570 (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email. If we are very busy we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we will see emails and messages from the chatbot pretty quickly.

• Add the set to the basket and the select the collection option on the check out page followed by your required date and time of collection. Only available time slots will be displayed. A minimum of 1 hours notice is required for this product unless you have agreed with us in advance.If your required time of collection is not shown please contact us to check if we can do it at that time or leave a note on the check out page.

• Once you have placed your order we will reply to confirm your collection date and time and provide full information on how to collect from us.
